HOW LONG DOES THE MBS PROGRAM TAKE?

This program is highly intense. You'll need to put your energy and effort into all the tools provided to make significant progress and growth. The program requires a duration of two months to complete.

WHAT DOES THE MBS PROGRAM CONSIST OF?

Two appointments are scheduled per week for eight weeks. We will start with theoretical information and then add more practice. Your engagement throughout the weeks and every homework and tool given must be used to accomplish significant progress.
