The vision and mission of Improvinme are to help individuals heal so they can improve and transform their lives. Without healing there isn't improvement. By gaining an understanding of where your thoughts and emotions come from, you make space for healing from your deepest wounds. Making you raise to a higher conscious awareness, which will then serve you to unlock your true purpose in life and achieve those personal and professional goals! -FREE Intake of 1 hour; In this FREE session, we'll be talking about how we can work together, what your goals are, and how we will achieve them. Also, we will be choosing which program fits the best with you.

-One-one session;

-Mind- Body- Soul program;

-After Mind- Body- Soul program;

-Outside session;

-Meta program;

-Online course.

We also give different workshops to teenagers to awaken their creativity, work on their personal development, and teach them how to keep stimulating this.

As a life coach, we get clients with sensitive life stories. Stories that are impactful, very unique, and beautiful at the same time. To work toward a great result and a significant change in your life, we will have to work with delicate information. Here is how we manage your data.

Improvinme acknowledges that people are prudent about their lives. Your life is your privacy and so it should stay. Because of that, we are extremely cautious with the collected information of every client we work with. All information provided by the client will be carefully treated. This is part of the agreement we make with our client at the moment we start a coaching program. The client may as well ask at any moment for all the information collected in our dossier. If the client so wishes, the dossier can be eliminated from our file history at the end of the chosen coaching program.
